I’m a philosopher of mind and perception whose research interests include the nature of perceptual experience and the senses, particularly non-visual modalities, perceptual representation, and time-consciousness.

I currently work at the University of Glasgow as a Postdoctoral Research Associate on the AHRC large-grant project Rethinking the Senses: Uniting the Philosophy and Neuroscience of Perception, on which I am investigating the implications of multi-modality for the philosophy and science of perception. I will shortly be starting as a Teaching Fellow in philosophy of mind at the University of Edinburgh.

My other research interests include philosophy of psychology and cognitive science, the metaphysics of time and space, epistemology of perception, and the work of Scottish Enlightenment philosopher, Thomas Reid.
